Korea based motor giant Hyundai Motor India has become the first company to launch an online service website. The new online service has been launched so as to enhance the customer relationship and thereby create a differentiation with the other car companies.

A company official said that the online service will be available to all the Hyundai car owners and the micro site will be available on Hyundai’s corporate website. Arvind Saxena, the Hyundai Motor India Limited sales and marketing director, at the launch of the service website said that the initiative would streamline and enhance the after sales for the customers.

The new website from the motor giant will offer personalized services to the Hyundai car owners like scheduler reminder, online service booking, service and insurance calculators, history periodic service details and nearest service station locator. The website will also provide other valued information like warranty guidelines, maintenance tips, owner’s manual and guides.

The customers will also be notified for the promotional services, along with the value added services like expertise recommendations , schemes and benefits and prices. So as to enhance the customer’s ownership experience Hyundai service website will educate its customers on the safety driving tips and also suggest safety driving tips.
