Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has been recently roped in by the home appliances giant Godrej as their new brand ambassador. The company has picked up the actor to be the face of their products.
Godrej has also launched an integrated campaign called ‘Ideas Which Make Life better’, to focus on enhancing the brand’s emotive appeal. The company will strive to do so by showcasing fresh ideas from within group to consumers.
Tanya Dubash, the company’s Executive Director said, “We have been managing the Godrej brand as an invaluable strategic asset. This campaign will harness the strength of the master brand – Godrej – through leveraging diverse innovations across the Group and in presenting them in a very engaging manner”. The campaign will feature products from the companies various businesses, including real estate, consumer products, Godrej Interio, Appliances, and security solutions.
Shireesh Joshi, the Group Strategic Marketing head said that the new chapter of the brand’s journey aims to fulfill the idea of innovation, which has been intrinsic to their company. With Aamir on board, the company is certain that customers will see that they fulfill the brand’s promise for brighter living. Joshi added that the company has spent substantially on the initiative, so as to reach out to consumers.
