The South Korean company has been working on the product for a long time. Young-hee also said that The Gear will not have a flexible display and will improve and enrich the current smart mobile experience in many different ways. The company executive went on to say that the latest device will lead a new trend in smart mobile communications. She also assured that the Gear will add significant momentum to the mobile industry.

Meanwhile, the company is preparing to provide a tough competition to its rivals, including Sony, in order to get an upper hand in the market for wearable devices, as the smartphone market is going towards saturation.
