The makers of the upcoming and much awaited movie ‘Heroine’ recently unveiled the first official trailer of the flick. But a dialogue from the promo hasn’t gone down well with the media in the UAE.

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has till now enjoyed overwhelming success in terms of his films in the UAE. The promos has a dialogue which says, “Heroine ne gaadi li toh business man ne gift kiya… aur God forbid Dubai gayi, toh uska rate card ban jaata hai.”

This particular dialogue has hurt the sentiments of the people in UAE and even the media hasn’t taken the dialogue too well and has accused Bhandarkar of ignorance. The media said that the reference to the city wasn’t required.

The makers in order to appease the sentiments of the people said that they would change the dialogue the copy of the film which would be screened in the UAE. Reports say that the word ‘Dubai’ will be either dubbed with a suitable word or muted in the movie. The movie has Kareena Kapoor in the main role along with Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda. The trailer of the movie has shown the life of a sexy diva who is famous but has a deep dark world behind the scenes.
