Asia Bizz: The third generation of the Samsung Galaxy S, will be available in the market in the first half of the year 2012. The announcement was made by JK Shin, the president of the mobile division of Samsung.
Those waiting for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 will be available only in the year 2012. After the success of the Galaxy S and the Galaxy S2, there are lots of expectations with the Galaxy S3.
The high tech combination of a strong hardware and an application friendly Android Operating System has made the Galaxy S series popular. Though the company may not be applauded on the originality at the naming front, there are indeed high expectations with the S3 version of Galaxy.
There is still a year left for the launch, but the features of the phone are expected to have a 12 Mega Pixel dual camera, quad core processor, AMOLED 3D screen and NFC. Apart from the S3 launch, Shin had also announced a 4G tablet, which is expected to release this year. Shin said that the race for 4G has already started, particularly for tablets as they need faster speed for downloads that the smartphones so as to handle bigger volume content.
