Indian e-commerce website Paytm has announced that it will start offering Xiaomi’s smartphones on its platform from July 8, 2016. The company has added that as an introductory offer it will offer cash-backs and free Mi bands for 10 lucky customers every hour on the day of launch.
Paytm will also be offering the newly launched Xiaomi Mi Max smartphone from July 13, 2016. Mi India will be opening a brand store on Paytm to create a portfolio of smartphone and accessories for Paytm customers. The site will be offering Redmi 2 Prime, Redmi Note 3 and Redmi 2 from July 8, 2016.
The cash-back offers will include Rs. 1,000 for Mi 5, Rs.500 for Redmi Note 3 and Rs. 250 for Redmi 2 Prime and Redmi 2 from July 8 to July 10, 2016. Vice president of Paytm Amit Bagaria said, “To the delight of our users, we are now making Xiaomi products easily available on Paytm with the added attraction of launch offers and deals. This move is in line with our strategy of making available the largest assortment in the country to our users.”
The Mi smartphones have increasingly become popular in the country during recent times. Paytm will these smartphones easily available and accessible to the customers across the country.
