Smartphone giant Xiaomi has unveiled the official teaser of its upcoming Redmi Pro smartphone. The new smartphone by Remi has been in news over leaks and rumours. The teaser image has shown the company’s CEO Lei Jun holding the device.
The teaser image has been posted on Lei Jun’s official Weibo account and has shown only the upper back panel of the smartphone. The teaser has also established that the Redmi Pro will have a dual camera set up. The cameras on the smartphone have been placed vertically with LED flash in between them. Not much details have been revealed about the device.
The dual camera set up means that it might have the best picture quality. The upcoming Redmi Pro is expected to have a 5.5 inch Full HD display of 1080X1920 pixel resolution and pack MediaTek Helio X25 processor with 4 GB RAM. The price of the Redmi Pro is expected to begin at CNY1299 while the upgraded version might cost CNY1399. Reports say that the phone is expected to launch on July 27, 2016.
Xiaomi in recent times launched its biggest smartphone, the MI Max in India at Rs. 14,999. The device comes with a huge 6.44 inch full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 SoC and an Android 6.0.1 operating system.
