Asia Bizz: Cloud SeClourvices And Mobile Technology Highlighted By Microsoft At  Professional Developers Conference

Microsoft was at the Professional Developers Conference, during which the company has highlighted about its Cloud services and the new technologies involved in the Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system. At the conference the company also boasted about the recent and upcoming updates for various products under the tag of Microsoft.

Microsoft spoke about the Azure Cloud Service, Windows Phone 7, the Internet Explorer 9 and the Windows 7 OS. It has mentioned that the Windows 7 is doing really well in the market, and within a year there were more than 240 million licensed users of the Windows 7 operating system. Microsoft officials also stated that there would some 1000 applications available for the Windows Phone 7, by the time it goes on sale on the 8th of November.

The main highlight was the Azure Cloud Service, they said, that by adding the Windows Azure AppFabric Composition Model it would speed up the work of assembling the services. After the final commission of this service, it would be providing clients with demographic, financial mapping and other content, for free or at a certain price. He also mentioned that they needed to work really hard on the Windows Phone 7 platform, on which the company has most of its hopes.
