Asia Bizz: Nokia Unveils E7, C7, C6 Smartphones – Features, Specs And Estimated Price Revealed

At the 2010 Nokia World event in London, Nokia unveiled three smartphones – the E7, the C7, and a newer version of the C6. With the launch of these new smartphones, Nokia hopes to get back it’s place in the smartphone market.

Nokia calls the new smartphone launch – “A smartphone for everyone”. So what do the E7, the C7, and the C6 have in store for the user? Here are the main features and specs of these new beauties.

Termed as “the ultimate business smartphone”, the Communicator has Microsoft’s Exchange ActiveSync on board, a 4-inch touchscreen in addition to a full QWERTY keyboard. The E7 is meant for corporates who handle online documents and the smartphone is expected to be a cool EUR 495 (without taxes). In India, it is priced at around Rs. 25,000 rupees.

This smartphone is more of a social networking smartphone, thanks to continuous updates from Facebook and Twitter. It comes with a 3.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen and has an expected price of EUR 335(without taxes). It is priced at Rs.16,000 (approx.)in India.

The C6 phone is smaller than the other two and comes with a 3.2-inch AMOLED  touchscreen and helps the user access songs through Ovi Music. It is priced at around Rs.13,500 in India.

The Nokia E7, Nokia C7 and Nokia C6 should be shipped towards the end of the year, reports Nokia’s official website.
