Asia Bizz: After several reports the Motorola will be launching its Atrix 2 handset in the Indian market the smartphone has been launched in the market recently. The Atrix 2 made a silent entered the market and is now available on the online shopping sites Saholic and Letbuy for Rs 22,990.
The new Motorola smartphone comes with power packed features like 4.3 capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 960 X 540 along with a Gorilla Glass protection. The Atrix 2 is powered by 1 GHz dual core processor and is equipped with 1 GB RAM and 8GB internal memory which is expandable through micro SD cards.
The connectivity features of the smartphone include HDMI port, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity. It also boasts of a VGA front camera for video calling and an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto focus, LED flash and image stabilization.
The new Atrix 2 runs on Google’s Android v2.3 Gingerbread with the promise that it can be updated to the new 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in future. At present, the smartphone will compete with the other smartphones in the Indian market like LG Optimus 2X and Samsung Galaxy R. The Atrix 2 is likely to be a stronger performer when compared to other handsets in its segment thanks to its high-end features.
