Asia Bizz: D-Link India, the Network Solutions Provider in the Asian country announced the launch of its ‘personal cloud’ networking solution on March 5, 2012. The new personal cloud networking solution comprises of routers, storage solutions and cameras.

The company said that the cloud routers are priced at around Rs 2,900 and the cloud cameras are priced at Rs 5,499, while the cloud storage solution is priced at Rs 14,000.Tushar Singhat, the D-Link India chief executive, said that most of the D-Link products will come under the umbrella of MyDlink cloud services.

Singhat added that all the D-Link cloud products can be managed through a website that is created specifically for the purpose. D-Link has also introduced an application for iOS as well as Android mobile phones.

The new application will allow the users to share, view and control through any computer or portable device like an iPad or a smartphone from anywhere anytime. The routers allow the users to remotely control their domestic network in real time where ever they are. The application is likely to be helpful to working parents, who can keep a check on what their child is browsing from anywhere, in addition to the ability to go through the browsing history anytime.
