The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have become the new champions of the latest season of Indian Premiere League. The KKR at the final match managed to defeat the Chennai Super Kings headed by Mr. Cool head MS Dhoni.

KKR had a massive target of 191 to beat, but the not so popular man Manvinder Bisla came in the front and played the most impressive innings of his life as he smashed the CSK with 89 runs off just 48 balls.

The final and the victorious moment was when Manoj Tiwari hit a square leg boundary for the second successive boundary. This was when all the KKR players came in to the ground while Shahrukh was engaged in frenzied celebrations.

And now that the KKR team, co-owned by Shahrukh Khan has won the tournament, the actor was gracious enough to apologise for the Wankhede Stadium brawl. The actor said, that he wants to apologise the kids for his behaviour at the MCA. Shahrukh also said that he apologises to all who saw him differently and that he should not have behaved in that manner. The team owned by Shahrukh and Juhi Chawla has seen a lot of ups and downs in the past five years.
