Indian auto giant Tata Motors, will now turn towards China to buy spare parts which are unavailable in India. Chairman of the company Ratan Tata said that it would be looking forward to buy spare parts from China as it seeks to offer automatic transmission vehicles in India.
Tata said that the company might be benefitted from the unbelievable prices at Chinese component makers. The company is now looking forward to offer wider choices for the customers, while it receives stiff competition from Toyota Motors. Tata Motors will be buying sub assemblies, including automatic transmissions from China. The domestic business of Tata does not produce any auto transmission vehicles.
