Dairy products manufacturer, Mother Dairy has on July 9, 2012 extended its edible oil brand Dhara in to a health segment by launching Dhara Health refined sunflower oil. The company claims that the new oil has up to 21.8 % low oil absorption.
Dinesh Agarwal, the COO of Dhara SBU said that the consumers are now aware of what type of oil they are using and the benefits that their oil offers. The consumers are now constantly trying the consume less oil due to the health benefits. SO keeping this in mind the company has introduced the Low Absorb Technology in Dhara Health Refined Sunflower Oil.
