Economic cooperation between Ghana and China has improved in recent times. Alhaji Mohammed Mumuni, the Ghanian Foregn Minister said that this helps Ghana to add value to its primary products.
Mumuni has highly spoken about China’s role in Ghana’s development and the financial investment in China was lauded by the minister. Due to the immense improvement due to the Chinese investments, the minister has called for more Chinese foreign direct investment in the country’s value added activities like the agricultural production and primary products for export. The minister also said that upcoming FOCAC ministerial conference is a great platform to address bilateral and common challenges for China and Africa.
