Tablet manufacturer, Zen Mobile has launched its Android tablet known as Ultra Tab A100. The tablet which is based on 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system has been priced at Rs. 6,199 for the Indian market and is available for Rs. 5,999 at the online retail shops like HomeShop.

The new Zen tablet features a 7 inch touch display with 800 X 480 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2 Ghz processor. The other features of the device include 1.3 mega pixel front camera, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB inbuilt storage, micro SD card slot which can support up to 32 GB.

The phone also features digital zoom with 2,800 mAh battery. For ultra convenience, the tab also has power key and ports and comes pre-loaded with apps like iBrowser, India Newspaper, mBollywood, mig33, Paytm and others.

More applications can be downloaded by the users from Google Play Store for the connectivity the device features Wi Fi and 3G. The company has also entered in to partnership with data value added service provider DigiVive to provide mobile TV services. With the launch of the latest device it has entered in to a segment which already is crowded with tablets from several other companies like Karbonn, Micromax, WishTel and WickedLeak.
