AsiaBizz.com: The prices of petrol and diesel have been hiked on July 25, 2012 in seven states of India which include Maharashtra and West Bengal. The prices of LPG have also been hiked in six Indian states as the state-owned oil firms have revised the rates according to the local rates.
The recent development has also reduced the petrol and diesel prices in 11 Indian states like Goa, Karnataka, Gujarat and Odisha from July 25, 2012. Even the LPG prices have been reduced in the states of Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Odisha. There will be no changes in the prices of petrol in Delhi, while Kolkata will experience a hike of Rs. 2.52 per litre to Rs. 76.13 per litre.
