China based telecommunication equipment company Huawei has announced the launch of its Wi Fi Data card Huawei E355. The new Wi Fi modem works as a data card for a single user as well as a mobile Wi Fi hotspot which can simultaneously connect up to five Wi Fi enabled devices and allows the users to enjoy internet connectivity anytime anywhere.
The E355 Wi Fi modem comes with a USB interface. It also allows the user with the flexibility of powering with a variety of USB chargers. The device has been priced at Rs. 5,499 and the company claims that it has faster HSPA + 21 Mbps DL and 5.76 Mbps UL speed.
Huawei said that the device comes equipped with the Type 3i technology that provides up to 20 percent more upload as well as download speed compared to the non Type 3i devices. This allows the users to experience faster browsing speed even if they are not in proper signals or are facing congestion in network.
In the month of July this year Huawei launched the HiLink data card E303Cs which is touted to connect the users in as little as 15 seconds after the device is inserted in to the USB port. The users are thus spared of the tedious dialing process.
