Popular online travel planning site Cleartrip after the successful launch of its mobile site app for smartphones, has now launched another application for the iPhone. The new application for the iPhone features split screen search, which is integrated in to the mobile platform.
The new app has been designed to facilitate easy flight selection as well as checking ticket prices all on one screen at the same time. The new search platform also boasts of the geological feature to select the airport departure from the current location.
The application also shows the recently searched airports and allows the user to easily swap the ‘from’ to ‘to’ cities with a tap. The application also shows the special round trip flight discounts wherever it is applicable.
The new app also includes the features like the sort option which can be used to reorder the results to check the cheapest, earliest or the fastest flight. The best part is that the users can pay for the travel plan with the help of their credit cards, debit cards, a net banking account, or by signing in to the Cleartrip account. Payments can also be done with flight bookings within India and the company has also assured of an update.
