Once again a section of pilots of the Kingfisher Airlines have announced strike for the second time in a month. The pilots have gone in strike demanding immediate payment of the March salaries.

The strike resulted in the cancellation of flights from Mumbai. Sources from the airlines told that a section of the pilots based in Mumbai went on strike due to repeated failure to keep up with the promises made by the airline management. The spokesperson from the Mumbai International Airport Limited said that seven Kingfisher Airlines from Mumbai were cancelled. The strike was announced after a meeting between a group of pilots and airline chief executive Sanjay Aggarwal in the city.
