Even on September 13, 2012 the Hyderabad based Indian Premiere League Team, Deccan Chargers, remained unsold. The team remained unsold after the sole bid from the PVP Ventures was rejected due to the payment terms offered by them.
The BCCI said that the offer met the eligibility and suitability criteria but it was unacceptable by the DCHL. The bid was then also reviewed by the Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd who in its discretion and with no role being played by the BCCI, rejected the bid on the basis of the payment terms offered by the bidder. The final decision on the bid will be taken on September 15, 2012.
