Seagate Technology – the world’s largest hard drives and storage solutions manufacture – has come out with a FreeAgent GoFlex external hard drive, which will have exchangeable “personality cables” – this will allow consumers to have their own port selection.
The FreeAgent GoFlex external hard drive will cost only $100 for the 320GB model, and is surely a solid bet for “budget-minded data gobblers who want to stay ahead of the connection curve.” (WSJ)
What does the FreeAgent GoFlex external hard drive have in store for us?
The GoFlex has similar design characteristics that the other drives in the Seagate FreeAgent Go lineup are equipped with, such as a .55-inch thick case and a classy, silhouette.
The drive will be available in four colors – silver, red, black, and blue.
