Bollywood movie ‘Student Of The Year’ (SOTY) pulled around Rs. 8 crore on its second weekend. With this amount, the total ten day collection amounts to Rs. 51 crores. On the other hand, some other movies which were released at the same time did not score as impressively at the box office.
SOTY, which is directed by Karan Johar and is produced by Gauri Khan and Hiroo Yash Johar is likely to continue with good figures till Diwali. Box office estimations have said that the movie is likely to do business of more than Rs. 60 crores. The movie stars Varun Dhavan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, who were surprised by the good collections from Delhi as opposed to the Mumbai region.
