Tablet manufacturer Zync Global Private Limited, launched its first phablet – Cloud Z5, for the Indian market on October 31, 2012. The company has claimed that it is their first 5 inch dual SIM based Android phablet. The new Z5 has been priced at Rs. 9,490 and has been specifically designed for the tech savvy generation.
People these days look for devices which offer value-for-money, without compromising on technical ability. Zync now aims to capture a major part of the market with the launch of its latest device, which provides cutting edge technology as well as great design, which would sit well with the younger generation.
Some of the features of the new device include a 5 inch capacitive multi-touch display, with 480 X 800 pixel resolution, which functions on an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The device has been powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor and 512 MB RAM. The phablet comes with an internal memory of 4 GB and has support for TF cards, which allows its memory to be expandable up to 32 GB.
In terms of connectivity, the Dual SIM Phablet supports 3G, GPS, Wi Fi, Bluetooth and FM Radio. The device has an 8 mega pixel camera with flash, auto focus and a 0.3 mega pixel front camera as well.
