Search engine giant Google’s first venture into the tablet market will soon hit Indian shores. The Nexus 7 will debut in the Indian market on November 8, 2012 and will be priced at Rs 19,000 for the 16 GB Wi-Fi version.
Many online retailers have been selling the device in the country, but it has not been officially announced by Asus as yet; a company which manufactures the tablet in collaboration with Google. The tablet will run on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform and will be powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3 – T30L Quad Core – 1.3 Ghz processor. The device will have a 1.2 Mega pixel front camera and a 7 inch LED IPS panel.
