Finnish mobile manufacturing giant Nokia has unveiled two new cellphone models, the Asha 205 and Asha 206. Both models have been priced at $62 excluding subsidies and taxes.
The new Nokia models are expected to go on sale this quarter, but it is still not known when the devices will hit the Indian market. The phone company has also unveiled a new ‘Slam’ feature for its devices, which allows consumers to share multimedia content like photos and videos with friends almost instantly through Bluetooth. The Asha 205 and 206 are available in single as well as dual-SIM versions. Nokia these days is struggling in the smartphone market, due to competition from Apple and Samsung.
