Eros International Plc and HBO Asia have come together to launch two new premium advertising, free movie channels in India. The channels are known as HBO Defined and HBO Hits.
The latest alliance is aimed at bringing the best of Hollywood and Bollywood together in the country. Kishore Lulla, the executive chairman of Eros International Plc said in a statement said that he is very excited to build the Eros brand in Premium Pay Television, particularly with a leading channel like HBO.
Reportedly, the CEO of HBO Asia Jonathan Spink is also looking forward to the association. More details about the channels and the launch date will be announced on a later.
