Electronics manufacturing giant Lenovo is all set to unveil a new device, which it believes will help bring it back into the competitive tablet PC manufacturing market. The company is all set to unveil the device, which will be a size of a coffee table and will work like a gigantic tablet.
The tablet can be used by up to four people at a time according to reports. At first glance the computer looks like a regular all-in-one machine similar to an iMac and will have a screen size of 27 inches, along with a Windows 8 computer built into it. The device can also stand upright on a table.
Moreover, the innovative tablet can also be used as a game board for Monopoly and other games after it is picked up off the table and the power cord is removed. The device is quite spacious and can fit four people around it. The screen can also respond to ten fingers touching it at the same time. The tablet will also come with strikers for games such as ‘Air Hockey’ and joysticks as well, which can be attached to the screen with suction cups.
On January 6, 2013, a demonstration was held at the International CES (Consumer Electronics Association), which showed that photos and videos could be rotated on the device with the help of fingers, along with other functions, thus making the tablet quite flexible.
