The cheapest circle will be East Uttar Pradesh, where it will cost Rs 21 and it will not be available in Jammu & Kashmir.
The chief marketing officer of Aircel, Anupam Vasudev said that the new product will allow Aircel customers to enjoy the same rates for SMS, data and voice while on roaming and within their respective circles.
With the new promotional offer, Aircel is looking to capitalize on the Indian government’s initiative to allow free roaming throughout the country starting from March 2013. The new National Telecom Policy will outline a restructured spectrum and guidelines for telecom companies, after 122 telecom licences were cancelled following a scam in the industry.
