CNN Show host Larry King will be ending his program “Larry King Live” sometime this year. The announcement was made by the 76-year-old Larry in a statement on Tuesday.
Larry in a statement said: “I’m looking forward to the future and what my next chapter will bring, but for now it’s time to hang up my nightly suspenders.”
Talking about Larry King’s retirement, CNN said in a statement: “Larry King defined the art of the television interview. Having conducted nearly 50,000 interviews over 50-plus years in broadcasting, Larry deserves to take some time for himself and his family.”
Larry King and his seventh wife Shawn were all set to divorce, but they called off divorce plans last month for the sake of their two children. They told E! “We love our children, we love each other, we love being a family.”
