For a long time car enthusiasts were waiting for the Ford EcoSport launch in the in India. So far, the American-based auto maker has been secretive about launch dates and it seems like they have been waiting for the announcement of 2013 Union Budget, to set a competitive price for the vehicle.
However, now it seems like Ford has made its decision and have also lunched their first marketing campaign known as the EcoSport Urban Discoveries. According to the latest campaign, one person will get a chance to win a brand new EcoSport, by finding an undiscovered place in the city and showing it to the world.
This can be anything from a temple to a big monument. The company will be selecting 35 participants and the best one will win the brand new Ford EcoSport. The Ford campaign will be undertaken in 12 cities including Chandigarh, Kolkata, Mumbai, Kochi, Chennai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and new Delhi.
For the campaign, about 35 EcoSport vehicles will be used. The contest is already on, but the company has not yet given any date on when it will close. Interested participants can log in to the EcoSport Urban Discoveries website and register .
