Asia Bizz: Louis Oosthuizen Wins The 2010 British Open – Golfer Takes Home Grand Prize
South African professional golfer, Louis Oosthuizen is the winner of the British Open 2010 and the golfer won the coveted trophy in a very stylish manner today. The weather conditions at the Old Course, St. Andrews, Scotland was quite unfavorable, but that did not deter the 27 year old Oosthuizen from winning the championship title.

Reports say that this win is Louis Oosthuizen’s first-ever majors win, with great 7-shots clear at the finish.
Besides this, the thing to be talked about is the British Open prize money this year. Reports say that the British Open Championship 2010 prize money was increased by £600,000 this year to take the grand prize to £4.8 million.
Defending champion of the British Open, Stuart Cink, won £750,000 last year, while this years winner Louis Oosthuizen, will take home £850,000 in all.
