Finnish mobile giant Nokia has teased an image of a new phone, which could possibly be the next release from the company. Nokia also said that it will soon be announcing something on April 24, 2013.
The upcoming event will have a question and answer session with Neil Broadly from its mobile phone team, who will be accompanied by a special guest. The picture which the company has unveiled shows a part of a phone screen, along with a small part of a physical keyboard. The device is yellow in color, with a polycarbonate shell, which is similar to designs which have seen in the company’s Lumia Range of Windows smartphones.
At present, it is still not clear whether the launch event could include the company’s first hardware keyboard, which has been put on a Windows Phone device. It is also possible that the company might be launching a new lineup of handsets in its Asha budget phone range. Twitter users had posted earlier this month, images of mobile handsets from the Asha range. The images had three different handsets in bold colours, mainly being red, green and yellow, which made it evident that the company is trying to apply a similar design philosophy to its Asha devices, adopted for its Lumia smartphones.
