Apart from soccer, the star has made an impact in the world of fashion and pop culture due to his wife Victoria Beckham. The 38-year-old footballer this month helped Paris St Germain to the French League title, another one to add to many others he won in England.

Beckham in a statement said, “I’m thankful to PSG for giving me the opportunity to continue but I feel now is the right time to finish my career, playing at the highest level”. The superstar earned 115 caps for England, which is a record for an outfield player. Beckham also won the Champion’s league, two FA cups with Manchester United and six Premiere League titles.

The midfielder also won titles with Real Madrid in Spain, LA Galaxy in the United States and PSG in France, making a habit of moving on straight after achieving success. David started his career at Manchester United, the club that he supported as a boy and made his first team appearance at the age of 17 back in 1992.
