South Korean giant Samsung is all set to launch its Galaxy Note 3 in the Indian market by the end of September 2013. The device was globally launched at an event in Germany and the company had announced then that the device will arrive in 149 countries on September 25, 2013.
For Samsung, India is considered to be one of the biggest markets and it has released some of the top-end devices in the country soon after they were released globally. Even the company's Galaxy S4 smartphone was launched in India the day it was launched across the globe. The Galaxy Note II was also launched in India in the first phase of the global roll out.
Meanwhile, Samsung has also assured that the Galaxy Gear smartwatch will also hit some of the major markets after the new flagship phablet is launched. Some of the major global markets will get the Galaxy Note 3 by the end of September 2013 and it will arrive in the US in October 2013. The Galaxy Gear will also be sold by some of the cellular carriers and the major retailers like BestBuy.com, Amazon.com and RadioShack and they will be selling the new smartphone as well.
The Galaxy Gear will be priced at $299 and will run on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) operating system.
