Indian smartphone and budget phone segment is increasing on a daily basis and the competition has been made even tougher by one of the country’s biggest mobile phone manufacturers, Maxx Mobile, as the company introduced 26 new handsets in India and the latest offering includes 19 feature phones and 7 Android phones.
The company said that the new devices have features which are suitable for every individual?s requirements and are affordable, as the prices range from Rs. 1,100 and Rs. 5,000.?Back in August 2013, the company launched 15 models and with the latest number, the total new handsets released during the financial year 2013-2014 until now is 105, out of which 75 are Feature phones, 28 are Android phones and two are tablets.
Ajjay Agarwal, the CMD and founder of Maxx Mobile said, ?Being a homegrown company, we understand the pulse of Indian consumers and make phones that suit the needs and budget of every handset user.? The newly-launched seven Android phones are equipped with Android OS Gingerbread and Jelly Bean, in addition to 256 MB to 512 MB of RAM, up to 2 MP camera, LED Flash light and up to 1600 mAh battery.
Agarwal went on to say that with the launch of various mobiles, they want to connect every Indian to the mobile ecosystem and to contribute to mobile inclusion.
