Renting cars to become a more enjoyable experience as Hertz rolls out Family and Prestige Collections in Singapore.
US-based Hertz Corporation – the world’s largest car rental service – has now launched The Family and Prestige Collections at airport and various other downtown locations situated in Singapore. This will be a first time phenomenon for the Asia market.
The new Family Collection specially caters towards large groups – family and friends – who wish to travel long distances. The new line of cars features top of the line brands such as Ford and BMW.
This will also mark a debut for BMW vehicles to be offered as rental cars in Asia. Hertz’s Prestige Collection will for the first time deploy the luxury Germany-based automaker’s cars on rental service.
Group President, Hertz International, Michel Taride said, “BMW vehicles are engineered with cutting-edge technology for the top-class safety, comfort, functionality and sheer driving pleasure in demand for the discerning customer. The Prestige Collection aims to offer a wide range of car models in a dedicated premium fleet and raise service standards in this car rental segment.”
The new Family Collection will also incorporate Ford Galaxy and Ford S-Max, Regent Motors – Ford’s longstanding distributor in Singapore – will provide these vehicles.
Extra Storage space and seat adjustment with Fold Flat System (FFS), seven airbags, enhanced child safety with addtional child seats – are all features that enhance the new Family Collection’s value.
On the other hand, the Prestige Collection will include three premium BMW models – the company’s latest flagship ‘BMW 7 Series’. The collection will have luxury features like satellite navigation system and in-car portable charging.
The Family Collection and Prestige Collection can be reserved by make and model at Alexandra and Ubi Road downtown locations in Singapore.
