Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi is all set to launch its another flagship smartphone MI5 on January 15, 2015. The official website of the smartphone maker has mentioned that it will unveil the new device at the National Conference Centre in Beijing.
The poster at the official website has teased about the upcoming model and has asked the viewers about what kind of device it is set to reveal. Just one thing has been made clear that the new device by Xiaomi is razor thin and will stand along with some of the slimmest devices in the market.
The features of the device have not yet been revealed by the company but it is expected that it can have 5.2 inch Quad HD display with a 1440 X 2560 pixels resolution. The new Mi 5 is expected to be powered with a Snapdragon 805 or a Snapdragon 810 SoC. The device is also expected to have a 20/16 MP primary camera and an 8 mega pixel front camera.
Xiaomi fans will not have to wait for long and can soon have their hands on the new device. The company is surely having a big surprise for the Xiaomi enthusiasts. Not many details have been given out by Xiaomi except the launch date.
