Auto giant Hyundai has inaugurated India’s first Digital Outlet named as ‘Unity Hyundai’ in Delhi on February 25, 2016. The new outlet will offer digital experience to the customers by adopting the digital screens and artworks as per the changing tastes of the customers.
The visitors at the new outlet will be allowed to research, test drive and part-exchange their old cars and buy a new Hyundai car with cash or through the company’s available finance. Hyundai says that the new Unity Hyundai has been designed to provide easy-to-use, flexible as well as convenient facilities to the customers. This will give the customers the freedom of purchase.
YK Koo, the Managing Director of HMIL during the launch event said, “Hyundai has the customers truly at its heart. This outlet expresses Hyundai’s modern premium brand identity. Unity Hyundai is India’s first Interactive, Creative and Understanding space which boosts the Hyundai brand value by creating an emotional connect with the existing and future customers.”
Koo added that the key drivers for the success of Unity Hyundai – Digital Experience Outlet will be Evolution, Experience and Innovation. The new outlet executes these themes to create a unique experience. Hyundai has not clarified if more such outlets will be opened in future.
