Internet giant Yahoo has introduced new features to its Mail service for iOS and Android platforms. The new updates will allow the users to add their own personal touch to their inbox.
The most interesting feature is the ‘Undo Send’ feature. If the user has accidentally selected the wrong email recipient or has forgotten to add some last minute details, the feature can come handy. The iOS users will have the ability to take back the email that has been sent right after it has been sent. After the ‘send’ button is pressed, an ‘undo’ button will appear for three seconds at the bottom of the inbox feed. If the ‘undo’ button is clicked, the email will not be sent.
More new features include new animations in Mail that includes an animated Star button and wiggling Trashcan. The users can also send fun and thoughtful emails on the computer with Stationery to Android. The emails can now have Stationary themes while making a birthday wish to a friend or a thank you letter to relatives.
More updates include disabling swiping when the users can avoid to accidentally deleting emails. The users can also select from five levels for spacing in the inbox. Yahoo Mail has also introduced dark grey theme for the extra high contrast.
