Asia Bizz: Apple iPad Has Captured More Than 95% Of The Tablet Market Around The World
According to the analysts in Russia, they have stated that the Apple iPad has taken over almost 95% of the tablet market around the world. These statistics have been released after the financial position seen in the third quarter this year. Around 2.3% of the tablets in the world are running on the Android system and the rest are other operating systems available in the market.
In the Android run systems, falls the Samsung Galaxy Tab, which has been recently launched and is termed to be an iPad killer, and indeed looking at the features and performance it seems it is an iPad killer. The remaining market belongs to Windows run platforms or some other OS’s, but on if we see, Windows too is puffing up to bring out its own tablet in the future.
Experts feel that this massive share of Apple could recede eventually, as competitors in the market are gradually increasing. We can see Samsung and Research In Motion are the companies which can prove to be very lethal against the iPad in the market.
