Asia Bizz: Toyota To Launch The New FJ Cruiser In Japan Next Week
Toyota is on the development track once again as it is going to launch the latest version of the FJ Cruiser in Japan next week, or the first week of December. The FJ has been in the Japanese and global market since the year 2003, and the vehicle was in dire need to be upgraded. The upgrade was necessary as the vehicle is in huge demand in the overseas market, especially the US.
Toyota FJ Cruiser comes with a 4.0L V6 Petrol Engine that gives a decent economy of 8.6 kmpl despite of its massive weight and size, in addition to this it also looks like a Japanese version of the Hummer. Automobile experts say that the FJ is the retro version of the Toyota Land Cruiser.
The Cruiser if priced around 3.14 million to 3.32 million yen in Japan, overseas prices have not been disclosed. The latest feature in the upcoming model is the ‘MY FJ’, with this feature, a customer can upgrade, add various accessories and colours to the vehicle to make an original FJ particularly for him.
