Asia Bizz: Toyota Tsusho Corp has decided to enter the biomedicine business along with Spanish drug maker GH Genhelix S.A.
The drug maker is Spain has set up a new plant in their country and Toyota Tsusho will do business by wholeselling to drugmakers in Japan and act as a middle man or a mediator between the two markets.
The patents for most of the new biomedicine’s is said to expire by the year 2015, therefore Toyota Tsusho believes that the drug market will grow soon.
Toyota Tsusho expects sales in Japan in the domestic market to be around 500 million yen in the fiscal 2014 till 2015 March.
Toyota Tsusho Corporation is one of the biggest trading companies in Japan ranks 6th in the World. The company belongs to the Toyota group and has a lot of other diverse business models that they operate in.
