Asia Bizz: Taiwanese mobile phone manufacturer HTC has recently launched its smart phone HTC Sensation in the Indian market. The company has said that it will be launching the HTC Flyer tablets in the upcoming weeks.
Lennard Hoornik, the president of south Asia HTC, has assured that the Sensation is an exceptional smart phone which would impress the customers with its unique style, functionality and usage. Hoornik also added that the new smart phone will create a new definition to the smart phones in the market.
The Sensation will come equipped with an Android 2.3 platform. The smart phone will be HTC’s first phone to have a 1.2 Ghz processor which is supplied by Qualcomm along with HTC Sense 3.0 user interface.
The smart phone has a 4.3 inch touch screen and has an eight megapixel camera. The new HTC Sensation will be available for Rs. 32,700 in the Indian market. Hoornik had also said that the HTC Flyer will soon be launched in the next couple of weeks. The company had added that the Indian market has good scope for HTC, but denied that it was diverting its sales target here. In conclusion, the company added that they aim to be the leaders in the Indian market.
