Asia Bizz: The Apple iPhone 4S will be available for pre-orders in India from November 18, 2011 and the launch brings and end to the wait for all prospective iPhone 4S customers in India.
In a statement published on the website, the company said that the new iPhone 4S will be available for pre-order from November 18, 2011. One of the spokespersons of the company said that they would have a mid night launch of the iPhone 4S on November 24, 2011 across the Aircel retail outlets in India.
The spokesperson added that the pre-orders would start from 18th November. The new Apple iPhone 4S was launched in the US on 4th October. The new 4S looks exactly the same as the iPhone 4, but is way too advanced in terms of the processor and working.
The new iPhone 4S has a dual core A5 chip which would make the internet browsing faster for the users. It boasts of a 8 megapixel rear camera. Some of the sources from Twitter have said that the 16 GB variant of the iPhone 4S is expected to be available for Rs. 44,500, while the 32 GB variant would be available for Rs. 50,900. However, the company is yet to announce the official price of the iPhone 4S for the Indian market.
