Asia Bizz: One of the Indian telecom companies in India has launched a new mobile phone that has been hand crafted specially for the Muslim community in India. ENMAC has been made keeping in mind the sentiments of the Indian Muslim community.
The new phone by TolMol.com offers the complete recitation of the Holy Quran in the voice of the five popular Quari. Moreover, the recitations can also be heard in 29 different Indian languages that include English, Bengali, Urdu, Malayalam and Tamil.
Anuj Kanish, the co-founder as well as the chief executive officer of the company, said that they have attempted to bring something new for their customers. Kanish added that the customers can have access to the Holy Quran at the price that they can afford easily.
Apart from the new handset, the company is now also planning to develop other products like Islamic eBook, other Quran handsets and Pen Quran. The ENMAC has been priced at Rs. 5,499 and has been manufactured in collaboration with a Malaysian company ENMAC Engineering. Reports say that the phone also has interface in the languages like Portuguese, Persian, Arabic and English. The company assured that the phone would be available in the retail stores by the month of December 2011.
