Asia Bizz: Mobile manufacturer HTC has launched its second Beats Audio smartphone, Sensation XL in the Indian market on November 29, 2011. The new HTC Sensation has been priced at Rs. 38, 799 and this has made it the most expensive Android phone in the Indian market.
The new Sensation XL will soon be available at the retail stores in the country. The features of the new Beast Audio Android phone include 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 800 X 480 p, 1.5 GHz processor that runs on Android 2.3 version Operating system.
While some of the features of the new Sensation XL seem great, the display resolution and the RAM are slightly disappointing. In the case of high end Android phones, the 1 GB RAM has nowadays become mandatory, but the Sensation XL has just 768 MB.
Due to the poor value of the Rupee in the last few days, the companies are not able to price the handsets in a lower range. This is the reason all high end smartphones are launched at a hefty price compared to the prices abroad. Faisal Siddiqui, the country head of HTC India, said that with the launch of the new smartphone, HTC continues to its commitment of delivering the best audio possible on the phone.
