Asia Bizz: Popular Indian gaming network Ibibo has announced on December 1, 2011 that its popular social game Mumbai Underworld is now available for the Android users. The game can now be downloaded from the Android market place on their mobile phones for free.
A press release by the company said that Mumbai Underworld can now be played with their friends on Ibibo as well as on the social networking site Facebook. Mumbai Underworld has been released after the launch of India’s biggest multiplayer game TeenPatti on Android.
TeenPatti is one of the top games in the Android market in its category. The president of products and operations on Ibibo web, Rahul Razdan said that they are happy to extend their most popular game Mumbai Underworld to the Android platform.
Razdan added that the Android platform is the fastest growing mobile platform globally as well as in India. The president also revealed that with the new development, the game players can also carry their existing game to their Android smartphones. With the Android launch, the company is expecting a great response from users and also from the partners in the mobile space. The game Mumbai Underworld is based on the building of the illegal empire in the city’s underworld site.
