Indian auto giant Mahindra and Mahindra has on July 6, 2012 launched its new Maxximo mini van Vx BS III for the Indian market. The new Maxximo mini van has been priced at ₹3.7 lakhs ex showroom Ahmedabad.
The mini van has a diesel engine and delivers an impressive average of 18020 kmpl with C2 common rail diesel power train. In terms of space the vehicle has a 30-40 percent advantage over Maruti Omni. The new launch from the company will be competing against the existing models like Maruti Suzuki Omni and Eeco. The company has claimed that the new mini van is the safest vehicle in its segment.
