A group of hackers who were previously known, had posted the details of 450,000 user accounts and passwords. The group has claimed that it has taken the details from a Yahoo server.

According to the Ars Technica technology news website reported that the group calls itself D33DS Company and hacked in to an unidentified sub-domain of Yahoo’s website. The data was retrieved the unencrypted account details. A spokesperson from Yahoo Singapore declined to comment on the incident. The website of the hacker, where the original claim was made d33ds.co was not available later on Thursday. The website was registered in the month of February. The recent incident is like a wake up call for the website that its security system wasn’t up to the mark.
